After 4 years in prison to resume one's liberty

To pass in review

 Dieter V. suffered in Prison for 4 Years without Bail-Bond  and  without Hope. After his sister had read in the European  Politics Magazine FOCUS the story over Mr. Guilliard, immediately contacted Mr. Lehnert from FAC. Based on Act 9208 , Dieter found guilty ( means 15 years ) After Agreement between Mr. Lehnert and the Lawyer of Dieter, a new strategy was found to have a fair Judgment to dismiss or to acquit him with a new Judge. At middle of Dezember 2010 our motion to reconsider was tread by the new Judge. After the chief witness for the crown unsubstantially testified, that Dieters have not commited any Crimes decided the Judge to release Diethers return to his Homeland because, our Freedom is a right.
The Supreme Court verdict advised us the following - Cases with weak or unsubstantiated evidence, should not be exist and dismiss already in prosecutors level !

The sister wrote to FAC Chairman – you gave our family the higher happiness in our life for Christmas, we salute to your courage and your will to preceed for innocent foreigners in the Philippines.
